Washing & Conditioning

• Always use CHILLI. Extension Shampoo and CHILLI. Extension Conditioner to cleanse and nourish the hair without stripping essential moisture.

• Gently detangle before washing using the CHILLI. Extension Brush.

• Wash in a downward motion — avoid scrubbing, bunching, or twisting the hair.

• Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends only, avoiding roots and wefts.

Styling

• After towel drying, apply CHILLI. Argan Oil Serum to mid-lengths and ends.

• Follow with CHILLI. Detangler Spray to help prevent breakage while brushing.

• Use CHILLI. Heat Spray before styling with hot tools.

• Keep heat tools under 180°C (356°F) to protect the hair.

• Once dry, reapply CHILLI. Argan Oil Serum and continue using every three days to maintain softness and shine.

Sleeping

• Tie hair in a loose braid or low ponytail before bed.

• Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase or wear a silk bonnet to reduce friction and prevent tangling.

Maintenance

• Brush daily with the CHILLI. Hair Extension Brush, making sure all knots are gently removed, especially before bed and before washing.

• Schedule professional maintenance appointments every 6–8 weeks.

• Avoid oils and heavy products near roots and base of extensions.

Darker tones (like black, brunette, and rich chocolates) typically have a longer lifespan as they undergo less chemical processing during production. This helps maintain the natural strength and integrity of the hair.

🤍 Blonde & Light Tones Require More Care

Lighter shades (such as blondes, ash tones, and fashion colours) are more processed to achieve their bright, cool finishes. Because of this, they may have a slightly shorter lifespan and require extra gentle care to stay in top condition.

What’s Covered

• Excessive shedding

If a quality concern arises within 30 days of purchase, and the hair has not been chemically altered or improperly installed, we will offer a replacement or store credit following assessment.

• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Hair must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Installation must be performed by a qualified professional.

• To maintain the integrity and longevity of the hair, CHILLI. products must be used for installation and aftercare. Use of non-recommended products voids the guarantee.

How to Make a Claim or Return

Please email chilli.hair.extensions@outlook.com with your order number, clear photos or videos, and a description of the concern.

We may request the hair to be returned for inspection before issuing a store credit or replacement.

Chilli Hair Extensions are made from 100% human hair and should be treated with professional care.

Our hair extensions are a wearable product. General dryness, gradual lightening, and wear over time are expected and are not considered faults. Light brown shades such as ‘bibble’ have a quicker fade.

Environmental factors such as salt water, chlorine, sunscreen, tanning products, and mineral-heavy water can affect the hair and are not considered faults.

Proper maintenance, including gentle brushing, correct washing, drying, and regular move-up appointments, is the responsibility of the stylist and client.

Product buildup from heavy oils, serums, purple shampoos, or non-professional products may impact the texture and performance of the hair.

Installation technique, bead placement, and tension can affect results and are not considered manufacturing faults.

As this is natural human hair, slight variations in texture and movement are normal.

Shade appearance may vary due to lighting and screen settings. Returns are not accepted based on shade selection.
