If your items are in stock, you can choose pickup or delivery via Australia Post at checkout.

For custom colours, please allow 3–5 weeks for production before shipping.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify:

• Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.

• Hair that has been worn, coloured, cut, washed, or tampered with in any way will not be accepted.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense, including all shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return items.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Prefer a different product or colour? We’re happy to offer:

• Exchanges for another item of equal value, or

• Store credit to use at your convenience (valid for 12 months from the issue date).
